(*El español a continuación*) To IEC members and national leaderships *To all members* Dear comrades, This circular includes the documents released in preparation for the First Congress of the Revolutionary Communist International, including now the IS reply to the Contribution by the Brazilian IEC members. – 2025 World Perspectives draft document, approved by the IEC (in English and Spanish) – Contribution to the discussion by the Brazilian IEC members (in English and Spanish) – IS reply to the Brazilian IEC members’ contribution (in English and Spanish) All these documents must be distributed to all members. We remind all sections that the deadline for amendments to the WP draft is Monday 14 July. The WP draft, the Brazilian contribution and the IS reply will be put to the vote at the World Congress. Additionally, we are sending an IS document (in English and Spanish): The Degeneration and Collapse of the Fourth International - In Defence of our Heritage. This document is meant to provide the political basis for the educational drive about the RCI's roots and the heritage we defend, which we launched at the IEC in February. At the World Congress in August there will be a session devoted to this topic as part of a wider discussion around these questions in all sections of the RCI. This document will not be voted upon at the World Congress, but must be distributed to all members. Este documento está destinado a proporcionar la base política para la campaña educativa sobre las raíces de la ICR y el legado que defendemos, que lanzamos en el CEI en febrero. En el Congreso Mundial de agosto habrá una sesión dedicada a este tema como parte de un debate más amplio sobre estas cuestiones en todas las secciones de la ICR.
